Sweet Prayer

Well, it's been a while again. For good reason. As many of you know, my mom recently learned she had a brain tumor. It's been a whirlwind 3 1/2 weeks but thanks to our God she's recovering at home and doing remarkably well. I'm so proud of her throughout all that she's been going through. I wanted to share a prayer that Owen said the other night. He wanted to say the blessing and this is almost exactly what he said:

Dear Jesus,

Thank you for Mimi and Pop-Pop. Please help Mimi get better.

In Jesus' name,

Amen

I was just so surprised. I really thought it would be a prayer he's learned to recite, but it wasn't. I love my little guy and his big heart.
